How can I see if someone is late arriving to work?
The management report will highlight anybody who arrives late, or leaves early, in red.
Is this system weather proof?
No the system is not weatherproof it is designed to be used internally, beside a desk top computer or laptop.
How many staff will the system allow me to enter?
This system has been updated to allow any number of users accross any number of locations.
What if the standard system does not provide some specific functionality I require?
Not a problem. As we are the software developers for this product we can, for a small charge, customise the system to complete exactly
what you require.
Does the reader require cleaning?
In normal use the reader requires cleaning once a week. This is done in seconds by pressing Scotch sticky tape onto the reader eye and then peeling it off. This is the only cleaning required
Do you need a pc?
 Yes, however ClockInOut will work in background mode so for example if the receptionist’s machine is used to host ClockInOut the receptionist can work undisturbed while people clock in and out. An external display (POD) is recommended for use in this mode.
